Study abroad in Japan as a CSE major (pursuing a Japanese minor)

Hi, I’m a freshman and I have done a little research about study abroad but I haven’t found any programs to do a year or semester abroad for CSE in Japan. I think it would be really cool if I could combine study abroad for my major with my language pursuit and was wondering if I could combine the two in some way. I have tried getting in contact with some people but got no response. Also, there is a Japan Initiative on the engineering abroad page but no information about it? If anyone could help me find a program or could give me more information about how I could do this I would be really grateful! Thank you so much
