CSE classes for those with an interest in Artificial Intelligence?

I was planning my schedule for the second semester of my third year in CSE. I was wondering what classes I should look into if I have an interest in AI/Natural Language Processing (besides the Intro to AI course). Specifically, the required classes that have a choice between two: software engineering / database systems and system architecture / networks. Recommendations for other classes (both CSE and external classes) are welcome as well!
